Ordering
Making a purchase at Kiki's online could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Payment
We accept card payments - Maestro/Switch, Visa, Mastercard. If you do not wish to pay online, please do not hessitate to give us a call (01590 688464) and we can take your card details over the phone.

Errors
If you have made an error in your order and cannot change it in the shopping cart, please contact us and we will correct it for you.

Communication
When we confirm that we have received your order a contract does not exist beteen us. A contract between us exists when we notify you of the acceptance of your order and send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect both parties in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing if we have inadvertently mis-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
